With the ongoing worsening of the current situation and in the interests of all our staff, families and clients we are now closing our office to all visitors. There will be no face to face meetings for the immediate future; however we are still available by telephone and email.

Most of our staff will be working from home to continue to support our clients through this difficult time, and to simplify matters and enable them to run your payroll, accounts etc in an appropriate and timely manner we would ask clients to email information as much as possible.

If you need to telephone then please use the main office number, which will be diverted, and we will arrange for the appropriate person to call you back as soon as possible.

Paperwork can be posted through the letterbox on the side door if not sent electronically. The office will be checked for post on a daily basis.

Where possible we would ask that any payments are made via online banking, if you need details please get in touch.

With over 80 years of serving local businesses behind us, no one has seen anything like this current situation and we wish everyone a safe path through this time.

Updated Opening Hours for client access.

We would advise all clients that the office will remain open for dropping off any papers etc to enable work to be carried out.

However this will now be ONLY during the hours
10-00 to 13-00.

On 10 December 2016 Ulster play ASM Clermont Auvergne at the Kingspan Stadium in Round 3 of the European Rugby Champions Cup.

On 11 December 2015 Ulster play Toulouse in Round 3 of the European Rugby Champions Cup.
We have 2 Grandstand Seats available for one lucky client, see the details attached.

 

We have available 10 pairs of Golf Vouchers for a free round of golf at Donaghadee Golf Club this summer. This offer is for our clients only, although they may take a guest with them. The vouchers must be used by the end of September 2015.

All scores should be returned to the office after playing and the best score will win the Stanley Woods & Co Golf Challenge.
